With over two decades of experience as a CFO and business advisor, Greg has worked alongside companies across construction, manufacturing, professional services, logistics, retail and ASX Listed sectors, helping them navigate complexity, improve performance and unlock long-term value. His leadership combines analytical rigour with commercial acumen, ensuring that every client engagement delivers actionable insight, measurable results and lasting impact
Greg is a true seasoned professional having acted in CFO roles for over 20 years, he is renowned for his dynamic leadership, high performance and exceptional business acumen. Greg possesses extensive expertise in financial and management accounting, systems and process improvement as well as being able to make strong strategic calls around business models, margin and cashflow repair.
